BLNRC is seeking a Part Time Minimum Data Set (MDS) Nurse. Sign on Bonus available, paid over a 36-month period. Competitive wages and benefit package included! MDS nurse position includes completing standardized MDS assessments, accurately coding clinical data for billing, collaborating with MDS Coordinator and interdisciplinary team to build and update comprehensive resident care plans, ensuring facility regulatory compliance and tracking quality measures (QM). Participation in team meetings and state health surveys/audits are required. The ideal applicant will have a love for elders, be a team player, possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to multitask. Experience preferred but willing to train the right applicant. Experience with Point Click Care medical charting preferred but is not required.
