WHAT HOME HELPERS REQUIRES OF YOU
21 years of Age Clean Background Driver's License & Auto Insurance Right to Work in the U.S. (SS Card/Visa) Current nursing license in North Dakota
WHAT YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE
Perform assessments for new and current Clients Create a care plan for each individual supported Train Caregivers on proper mechanics and medication administration Document Client Activity in WellSky Participate in investigations and meetings Fill weekly medication boxes Accept or reject referrals Assist with coordinating client care Communicate with referral partners and healthcare workers Other tasks as assigned by agency management
