Full Time Med Surg / ER Registered Nurse - Up to $100K/yr!

Job Description

Full-Time MedSurg / ER Registered Nurse position at a community hospital in Imperial, NE. The RN will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in both medical-surgical and emergency settings, collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in MedSurg and Emergency settings Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to established standards Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and maintain accurate documentation Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes Respond to emergency situations quickly and effectively Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols
Qualifications:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Nebraska or compact state eligibility BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification within 6 months of hire TNCC certification within 6 months of hire Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ASN or BSN) degree
Preferred Skills:
Prior MedSurg and/or ER experience preferred
