Thursdays 11-7pm (Edgewater), Fridays 9:30-4pm (Edgewater), Saturdays 9:30-2pm (Edgewater/Hoboken rotating schedule) About the Role 4Ever Young is seeking an energetic, professional, and patient-focused Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing aesthetics and wellness team on a part-time/per-diem basis. This is a hands-on role that combines clinical nursing responsibilities, patient education, customer service, and sales support . The ideal candidate enjoys wellness and aesthetics, is comfortable educating patients about treatment options, and is willing to help wherever needed to create an exceptional patient experience. This is a great opportunity for an RN interested in gaining or expanding experience in the anti-aging, wellness, hormone optimization, peptide, GLP-1, IV therapy, and medical aesthetics industries. Key Responsibilities Administer IV hydration and IV therapy according to established protocols Administer vitamin and wellness injections Conduct patient education and demonstration appointments for: Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) Peptide therapy GLP-1 weight-management medications Teach patients proper self-administration techniques when applicable Review treatment instructions and reinforce provider-directed treatment plans Monitor patients during IV therapy and appropriately document treatment Create accurate, timely, and complete patient chart notes and clinical documentation Follow all established clinical, safety, infection-control, and patient privacy protocols Assist with patient check-in and check-out when needed Help schedule follow-up appointments and encourage appropriate patient rebooking Educate patients on additional wellness and aesthetic services offered by the practice Cross-sell and upsell appropriate services, memberships, packages, and products based on patient needs Help identify opportunities to transition aesthetic patients into wellness services and wellness patients into aesthetic services Participate in patient follow-up and outreach to prospective and existing patients Assist with calls, texts, lead follow-up, reactivation campaigns, and other outreach initiatives as needed Work collaboratively with providers, aestheticians, patient care coordinators, management, and other team members Help maintain organized, stocked, clean, and treatment-ready clinical areas Provide a warm, professional, and high-level customer service experience from arrival through checkout What We're Looking For Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey in good standing Current BLS/CPR certification Strong IV placement and venipuncture skills preferred Experience with IV therapy, wellness medicine, HRT, peptides, GLP-1 medications, medical aesthetics, or a similar field is a plus Excellent communication and patient education skills Comfortable discussing treatment plans, memberships, packages, and products with patients Sales-minded without sacrificing patient-centered care Strong attention to detail and clinical documentation Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-service-oriented environment Proactive, dependable, organized, and willing to assist outside of strictly clinical responsibilities Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed Ideal Candidate Our ideal RN understands that every team member contributes to the success of the practice.
