Job Description
Come join a great organization while working an educator's schedule: long holiday breaks, no nights or weekends, and summers totally off! We are seeking a dedicated School Nurse to join our team and provide healthcare services to students in a school setting. The School Nurse plays a crucial role in promoting student health and well-being, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for learning. Candidates MUST be a registered nurse or higher in order to be considered.
- Duties
- Perform health screenings and assessments on students
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care
- Maintain accurate medical records for students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care
- Educate students on health-related topics and promote healthy lifestyle choices
- Skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation
- Experience working in a school or outpatient setting is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Full-time Pay:
$40,000.00- $50,000.
