Real House, Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse. This position provides leadership and administrative oversight of nursing services within our substance use disorder treatment program. The RN will supervise nursing staff, ensure compliance with applicable regulations and staffing requirements, oversee nursing policies and quality assurance activities, and coordinate nursing services with the multidisciplinary treatment team.

Required Qualifications:

Current New Jersey Registered Professional Nurse (RN) license At least one year of nursing supervision or nursing administration experience At least one year of full-time experience managing addiction-related services in a licensed substance use disorder treatment facility Strong leadership, communication, documentation, and organizational skills Join Real House, Inc. and help us provide compassionate, coordinated, and high-quality care to individuals working toward recovery.
