Qualifications:

Active NJ RN License or NJ CSN required Prior school nursing experience highly preferred Familiarity with Genesis charting system strongly desired Confidence working independently as the only health professional in the building (with advisory support available) Compassion, adaptability, and clear communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct care, assessment, triage, and health education for students in the health room Oversee and manage student health records, utilizing Genesis charting system as needed Administer medication, provide first aid, and respond to medical emergencies Serve as a critical resource for staff and families regarding student wellness Collaborate with your advisory team for complex medical situations or care planning Maintain compliance with state and district health policies With a full-time schedule Monday through Friday (32.5 hours weekly), enjoy steady, consistent work throughout the school year—from September 3, 2026 through June 23, 2026.
