Key Qualifications:

Active New Jersey RN license required Experience in school nursing settings preferred Comfortable with G-tube management Previous pediatric or 1:1 nursing a plus Ability to work scheduled hours (88:15 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday) Available for in-person assignment; telehealth is not an option

Role Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 nursing support to a medically fragile student during school hours and on school transportation Administer and monitor G-tube feedings and related care Maintain medical records and communicate with school staff and parents as needed Respond to health emergencies and implement care plans Create a positive, supportive environment for the student This contract assignment runs from October 1st, 2026 until October 10th, 2026.
