About the Role As a Charge Nurse (RN) at Laguna Rainbow Nursing Center, you're not just overseeing care—you're helping create a place where elders are known, respected, and truly cared for. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate daily nursing care, ensuring high-quality, resident-centered outcomes Oversee and support a team of nursing staff and paraprofessionals in care delivery Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and the care team Coordinate admissions, ensuring smooth transitions and continuity of care Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation, including treatments and progress Build strong, respectful relationships with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members What We're Looking For Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred Strong organizational and leadership skills Ability to stay calm, focused, and decisive in a dynamic care environment Deep respect for elders and a commitment to compassionate, culturally responsive care A team-oriented mindset with strong communication and follow-through Why Join Us At Laguna Rainbow Nursing Center, care is not driven by profit—it's driven by purpose.
