Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care and will be committed to providing high-quality nursing services in various settings, including medical offices, pediatrics, triage, patient education and clia-waived lab testing. This role requires adherence to HIPAA regulations and the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations, including pediatrics and individuals with disabilities. Duties Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans. Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team. Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems such as Eclinicalworks. Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness strategies.

• Qualifications Valid RN/LPN license in NYS.

•Experience in medical office settings or hospital medicine preferred. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to patient confidentiality. Previous patients or individuals with disabilities is advantageous. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while demonstrating empathy and patience.
