Key Responsibilities:
Supervise small-group (8:1 ratio) clinical work for students in nurse assisting courses Collaborate with classroom teachers to develop meaningful clinical experiences and instructional schedules Act as liaison with agency personnel to coordinate and clarify clinical aspects Monitor, assess, and document student progress throughout clinical rotations Perform additional duties as directed by theNurse Aide Teacher Desired Qualifications:
