We are seeking an experienced and passionate Director of Nursing Services (DNS) to lead our clinical team and drive excellence in resident care at our Skilled Nursing Facility. What You'll Do As the DNS, you will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for overseeing all nursing operations and ensuring the highest standards of quality care, regulatory compliance, and staff performance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and directing all Nursing Services, Staff Education, Wound Care, Nursing Rehabilitation and Infection Prevention programs
• Recruiting, mentoring, and retaining exceptional nursing staff
• Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations
• Driving quality improvement, survey readiness, and clinical outcomes
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident care and satisfaction
• Enforcing nursing policies, procedures, documentation, and resident clinical records
• Participating in strategic planning and organizational leadership initiatives What We're Looking For ✅ Current New York State RN License in good standing ✅ Minimum 3-5 years of nursing leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility ✅ Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and survey process ✅ Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills ✅ Passion for developing staff and creating a culture of clinical excellence ✅ Ability to lead effectively during emergency situations Why Join Us?
