Mon-Fri Plainview, NY Schedule:
Full-Time (35 Flexible Hours)
Salary:
$85K
  • $95K/yr commensurate with experience Work in our Community Living Services (CLS) program, and you can make a positive impact on people's lives while joining a skilled group of healthcare professionals!
AHRC Residential Programs offer rewarding experiences supporting adults with intellectual and other disabilities. This is your chance to move your career out of the hospital/clinical facilities and nursing home environments and be able to help people in their own homes! In this role, you will: Ensure the delivery of quality medical services to people with I/DD in a home setting. Provide clinical supervision to unlicensed direct care staff to help them perform nursing tasks and activities. Act as a medical advocate for a caseload for roughly four homes for people with I/DD and be a liaison with their medical providers. Have minimal hands-on clinical responsibilities. NOT be on-call nightly ; participate in rotating on-call system once every 3-4 months.
