We are seeking a compassionate, skilled On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated care team. In this role, you will provide critical after-hours end-of-life care, managing comfort, pain, and symptom control for our residents. You will act as a vital anchor of reassurance for families navigating their loved one's final journey.

Details:

Position title: On-call Registered Nurse (RN) - Comfort care Must have active RN license in NY state Hospice or end of life care experience preferred but not mandatory.
