AM Schedule:
Three 12-hour shifts per week Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to inpatient Behavioral Health patients. Assess, monitor, and document patients' physical, psychiatric, and behavioral health status. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies. Monitor patients for changes in condition, behavioral concerns, and potential safety risks. Support patients experiencing psychiatric or behavioral crises using appropriate de-escalation techniques. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate and optimize patient care. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EPIC electronic medical record. Promote a safe, therapeutic, and supportive environment for patients, families, and staff. Comply with all applicable hospital policies, nursing standards, and regulatory requirements. Float within the medical center as assigned to support operational and patient-care needs. Required Qualifications Current, active Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license . Minimum of one year of professional nursing experience . Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) . #HC1
