72.00Shift:
7p-7a; rotating weekends, rotating holidays- Up to $10,000 sign on bonus for RNs with qualifying experience
- $5,000 sign on bonus for new grad RNs

Primary Patient Population:
Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) Primary skills utilized/learned: Ventilator/Trach Care SCI retraining (Bowel & Bladder management program) Wound prevention and care Specialty treatment and technology for regain of function Rehabilitation specific education for patient/family Personnel RN will work with: LPNs, Patient Care Nursing Assistants (PCNAs), Nurse Interns, Providers, Social Workers/Case Management, Respiratory Therapy, PT/OT, Speech Therapy, Art & Music Therapy, Dieticians Number of beds on unit: 24 beds Awards or Recognitions the unit has received: National Model System MetroHealth offers industry-leading benefits, including tuition reimbursement, professional certification incentives, and medical/dental insurance. Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (or a program seeking accreditation). Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Ohio Current AHA Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider certification or obtains within 90 days of hire.Preferred Qualifications:
BSN Certification in Rehabilitation Nursing or other Professional Certification recognized by the Magnet AssociationBenefits
