Desired Qualifications:
Current and unrestricted RN license Minimum of one year recent experience in a Level II or Level
III NICU
Proficiency in neonatal assessment, monitoring, and interventions Current BLS and NRP certifications Strong communication, critical thinking, and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams Experience with EMR systems is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to premature and critically ill infants according to individualized care plans Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and perform interventions as needed Communicate consistently with physicians, families, and care team to ensure optimal outcomes Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately Provide education and emotional support to families during their NICU experience Adhere to infection control protocols and safety procedures Respond promptly to emergencies or changes in patient status
