About the Assignment Four Winds Staffing is hiring Travel Registered Nurses (RN) to serve as House Supervisors at the newly established Muscogee Healing and Recovery Center , a Muscogee (Creek) Nation behavioral health and recovery facility in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. This is a ground-floor opportunity to support the opening of a new tribal healing center while providing clinical leadership across the facility on your assigned shifts. You'll be the go-to nursing leader on the floor — running staffing, driving quality, and mentoring the bedside team. What You'll Do Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff during your assigned shift. Coordinate patient care activities and ensure continuity of care across departments. Serve as the primary nursing resource for clinical decision-making and problem resolution. Respond to emergencies and provide calm, competent leadership in critical situations. Manage shift staffing assignments, breaks, and workflow. Ensure compliance with facility policies, accreditation standards, and nursing best practices. Collaborate with physicians, behavioral health providers, counselors, and interdisciplinary team members. Promote a safe, therapeutic, patient-centered, and culturally respectful environment. What You'll Bring Required Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license (Oklahoma or Compact / eNLC). 3+ years of RN experience. Current BLS certification (AHA). Strong leadership, communication, and critical-thinking skills. Ability to start within 2-3 weeks of offer. Preferred Prior House Supervisor, Charge Nurse, or Nursing Supervisor experience. Background in behavioral health, psychiatric, substance use / recovery, ED, or inpatient nursing. ACLS certification. Experience in tribal, IHS, or federal healthcare settings. Weekly gross pay:
$2,686/week (based on 36 hrs./week) $40.00/hr taxable wages $1,246/week non-taxable per diem (lodging + M&IE for qualifying travelers)

36 + hours per week, 6a-6p or 7a-7p rotating weekends Contract length: 8 weeks (extension possible)
