Desired Qualifications & Experience:

Current, unencumbered RN license Minimum of one year recent ICU nursing experience required Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills Ability to respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations Familiarity with advanced critical care equipment and protocols BLS and ACLS certifications (active and up to date) Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient safety and privacy

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and assess critically ill patients, adjust care plans as patient status changes Administer medications, manage IV therapy, and operate ventilators and other life-sustaining devices Provide emotional support to patients and families, offering education as needed Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, high-quality care Ensure accurate documentation of patient's conditions, treatments, and progress Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility procedures
