Desired Qualifications:

Current, active RN license in good standing At least one year of recent experience in a Telemetry nursing setting Strong assessment, monitoring, and prioritization skills for patients with cardiac and medical-surgical needs Proficient in interpreting telemetry rhythms and responding promptly to changes in patient status Effective communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams BLS and ACLS certifications required

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor cardiac rhythms and provide evidence-based nursing interventions for patients on the Telemetry unit Record and assess vital signs, respond to cardiac alerts, and document clinical changes Collaborate with physicians and allied health teams to implement individualized care plans Provide patient education and support to patients and their families Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in line with professional and facility standards Adhere to infection control procedures and uphold a safe, supportive environment
