As a Registered Nurse (RN) with Haida, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. Your expertise and dedication will ensure that our residents receive the best possible care, and that their needs are met with attention and compassion.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and medications as prescribed Develop and implement individualized care plans for each resident Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care Monitor and report changes in resident condition to healthcare team Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care
Requirements:
Current RN license and certification in Pennsylvania Current CPR certification Ability to lift and transfer patients safely Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
