As a Registered Nurse at Waynesburg Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans for each patient, as well as promoting a positive and supportive environment for our residents and staff.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and performing various treatments Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams Monitor and record patient vital signs, medication administration, and treatment progress Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and comprehensive care Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
