In this role, you will play a crucial part in keeping our building impeccably clean, safe, and well-maintained. Schedule & Hours This is a part-time position requiring approximately 20 hours per week during the week, plus rotating weekend shifts: Monday -

Friday:

Regular weekday shifts (20 hours total)

Weekends:

Required every other weekend (4 hours on Saturday, 4 hours on Sunday)

Key Responsibilities Floor Care:

Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors across the facility.

General Cleaning:

Empty trash receptacles, wipe down surfaces, and wash internal, ground-floor windows.

Safety & Maintenance:

Promptly wipe up spills, manage other hazards, and keep the building safe and well-maintained.

Security:

Securely lock all doors and ensure building security once cleaning duties are finished for the day. Perform other general cleaning duties as needed to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.

Qualifications Experience:

Proven experience as a janitor, custodian, or commercial cleaner.

Skills:

Strong familiarity with standard cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment.

Attributes:

Hardworking, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong work ethic.

Transportation:
