Role Overview:
As a Nurse Administrator at Homewatch CareGivers, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of patient care, ensuring compliance with health regulations, and managing nursing staff. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with healthcare teams to implement care protocols and enhance the quality of service provided to our clients. Whether you work remotely or on-site, you'll have the flexibility to create solutions that align with our mission of delivering total care solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage nursing and home health aide staff to ensure effective patient care delivery. Develop and implement care protocols that adhere to regulatory standards. Monitor patient outcomes and adjust care plans as necessary to improve quality. Help to growour home health aide and nursing teams Provide training and support to nursing and health aide staff and ensure their professional development.
Qualifications:
You're a great fit if you have the following skills. Active RN license in New Hampshire. Proven experience in nursing administration or management roles. Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards. Deep experience in home health and home care Excellent communication and leadership skills. Commitment to patient-centered care and quality improvement.
Bonus If You:
Have experience with health technology platforms, especially in-home care solutions. Possess additional certifications in management or healthcare leadership. Fluent in languages other than English, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
Employment Type & Availability:
This is a Part-Time position available Monday-Sunday.
Location:
This position is remote or on-site and is open to candidates located in Northern MA and Southern NH.
