We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide dedicated, individualized care in a supportive educational environment on a contract assignment running from August 27, 2026, through June 11, 2027. In this role, you will work closely with school staff, parents, and healthcare professionals to ensure one student receives the highest level of medical and emotional support throughout the school year. Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
Active RN license in good standing in the state Experience in pediatric, school, or community health nursing Strong assessment, care planning, and communication skills Ability to respond quickly and calmly to medical situations in a school setting Current CPR/BLS certification Compassionate, reliable, and collaborative approach
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct, 1:1 nursing care to a student throughout the school day Implement and monitor individualized healthcare plans as prescribed by the student's physician Administer medication, provide treatments, and respond to any emergencies Maintain clear and accurate health records and documentation Serve as a liaison between school staff, parents, and medical providers Support the student's well-being and participation in both educational and social activities This contract offers a meaningful chance to contribute your clinical expertise in a welcoming school environment.
