To provide school health services to strengthen the educational process of children by assisting them to improve or adapt to their health status and to create a climate of health and well-being in the district schools.- Provide day to day clinical support for student/staff injuries
- Manage IHCPs and Medical 504 plans for select students.
- Manage/supervise children with a variety of health issues/diagnoses, including but not limited to : Various allergies, including life-threatening peanut/tree nut allergies, and diabetes.
- Contribute to school safety and health and wellness initiatives, including proper hygiene and healthy behaviors.
- Maintain comprehensive records and facilitate ongoing communication with families as needed.
- Support school-wide screening assessments, such as vision and hearing.
