Job Description
Behavioral Health Nurse - LPN Legends is seeking a compassionate and dependable Behavioral Health Nurse (LPN) to join our care team. Our nurses play an essential role in providing a safe, stable, and supportive environment for individuals living with behavioral health needs. We are looking for someone who combines strong clinical judgment with patience, empathy, consistency, and respect for every resident. Position Responsibilities Provide nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely Monitor residents for changes in physical, emotional, and behavioral condition Complete timely and accurate nursing documentation Respond appropriately to behavioral concerns, changes in condition, and emergencies Communicate effectively with residents, families, providers, and members of the interdisciplinary team Support a calm, respectful, and therapeutic living environment Maintain resident rights, dignity, privacy, and confidentiality Follow all facility policies and applicable state and federal regulations Provide guidance and support to direct-care staff as needed Qualifications Current, unrestricted Tennessee LPN license Current CPR certification Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills Dependable, professional, and able to remain calm in challenging situations Compassionate and respectful approach to individuals with behavioral health needs Behavioral health, psychiatric, long-term care, or residential-care experience is preferred, but not required Schedule Full Time, Day Shift What We Offer Supportive and team-oriented work environment Meaningful work that makes a difference in residents' lives Competitive pay Health, Dental, Vision, Supplemental Insurance Opportunities for professional growth If you are a caring nurse who believes every individual deserves dignity, stability, and compassionate care, we would love to hear from you.
