RN Job Description:

Sweetwater Hospital Association is seeking a dedicated MedSurg RN to join our healthcare team full-time on night shift. The RN provides quality patient care, follows established care plans, and supports daily clinical operations.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care in accordance with established standards and care plans Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor and document patient information accurately Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, patients, and other healthcare staff Complete department-specific clinical and administrative duties Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and applicable regulations

Education:

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with a current license in the State of Tennessee.

Experience:

Experience is preferred; however, all employees will go through department-specific orientation.
