Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

Upon hire: National Provider BLS

• American Heart Association
  Upon hire: Texas Registered Nurse License, or
  Upon hire: Texas Graduate Nurse Permit
  National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate
• NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 6 months (180 days) of hire
  Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less.
