Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Summary The Registered Nurse I (RNI) plays a key role within the Baylor Medicine Comprehensive Healthcare Clinic's concierge and executive programs. This role provides direct patient care, supports clinical operations, and coordinates services for high-touch patients including corporate clients and Baylor leadership. The RNI collaborates closely with physicians, wellness teams, and leadership to ensure a seamless, high-quality care experience in a concierge setting. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to adapt in a high-touch care model, and the initiative to contribute to team wide care planning and strategy. The RNI may serve as a clinical liaison and is expected to uphold BCM's standards for professionalism, patient care, and operational excellence. This position is located at our McNair Campus. Job Duties Performs routine clinical procedures such as a vital signs, specimen collection, EKGs, cognitive screenings, and point-of-care testing. Supports in-office procedures, sets up equipment, and administers medications as directed. Coordinates patient referrals, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups. Manages incoming MyChart messages and provides telephone triage. Documents patient interactions in the EMR and assists with maintaining accurate clinical records. Provides patient education and acts as liaison between patients and physicians. Participates in quality and safety initiatives. Assists practice manager in daily operational planning. Supports team communication and problem solving across multidisciplinary teams. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. No experience required. Current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) by the State of Texas Board of Nursing. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association.
