Key Responsibilities Patient Monitoring & Care:

Interpret telemetry, manage vasoactive drips, and handle complex devices like chest tubes and ventilators.

Assessment & Action:

Utilize clinical judgment to recognize patient deterioration and respond to evolving needs.

Collaboration:

Coordinate with physicians and the care team to implement, document, and update patient treatment plans.

Qualifications Licensure:

Active VA or Compact RN license.

Experience:

1-2 years of recent acute care (PCU/ICU) experience.

Certifications:

BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.

Skills:

Proficiency in arrhythmia recognition and high-turnover patient management.

Preferred:

BSN and PCCN certification.
