Registered Nurse - AHRT New Grad Rotation Our program is designed for new graduate Registered Nurses who are already licensed. You will orient and work on Medical Surgical Units and Intermediate Care Units (IMCU/Stepdown) to gain valuable nursing experience. You will receive full-time benefits and new graduate pay with the addition of working on a Rotation Team to provide you with a variety of patient experiences. You will rotate between inpatient units every 12 weeks. You may remain in the program for a maximum of 2 years. After one (1) year, you may apply to any unit of your choice.
Full Time:
36 hours per week Job Summary Provides safe, high-quality patient care using the nursing process. Applies professional standards in ethics, collaboration, leadership, and evidence-based practice. Uses clinical knowledge and skills to meet the needs of their specific unit. Education - one of the following RN-Associate's Degree RN-Bachelor's Degree RN-Diploma RN-Master's Degree Certification/Licensure Virginia or Compact Multi-State License in good standing BLS within 90 days of hire
