An Emergency Room Registered Nurse cares for patients in a hospital Emergency Room. Works with Physicians and other clinicians as part of an emergency care team. Provides emergency medical care and emotional support to patients and families dealing with trauma.
Night Shift Urgent Hiring•2 Openings Mandatory Requirements to Apply Active Vermont RN License (or eligible to practice in Vermont before start) Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Department (ED) experience Previous triage experience required Current ACLS certification BLS certification (required) ENPC, TNCC, and CEN certifications are preferred Ability to work night shifts , weekends, and holidays as needed Strong critical thinking, communication, and time management skills Roles & Responsibilities Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients with acute illnesses and injuries. Perform patient assessments, triage, medication administration, and emergency interventions. Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver safe, timely patient care. Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, discharge instructions, and follow-up care.
