Qualifications & Experience:

Current RN BSN license for Washington State required Valid ESA Certification Experience within school or pediatric settings highly desirable Strong skills in diabetes and epilepsy management welcomed Excellent communication for engaging students, families, and staff Reliable, organized, and able to respond calmly in urgent situations

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver professional nursing care and health-related interventions for students at one school site Administer daily and emergency medications as prescribed Provide diabetic oversight: monitoring, blood sugar checks, and insulin administration Deliver support and intervention for students with epilepsy and seizure-action plans Communicate medical needs and care plans with staff and parents/guardians Maintain thorough health records and comply with all school health policies Participate as an active member of the school health team for a safe, healthy learning environment Enjoy a fulfilling school-year schedule covering full-time daytime hours, August 19th through June 4th, 2027.
