Key Qualifications:

Current state Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Must have proven experience working in an Emergency Room (ER) setting BLS and ACLS certifications required; additional trauma or emergency certifications preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Ability to manage high-stress situations with professionalism and empathy

Primary Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and prioritize care in the ER Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions as needed Collaborate closely with physicians and allied healthcare professionals Educate patients and their families regarding ongoing care or discharge instructions Maintain detailed, timely documentation in compliance with facility guidelines Ensure a safe, supportive environment for all patients
