Key Qualifications:

Current Wisconsin RN or LPN license required CPR and AED certification (must be active) At least one year of pediatric experience preferred Comfortable with or certified in ventilator and tracheostomy care Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform all physical aspects of the job Valid Wisconsin drivers license Experience working as an RN or LPN within the past two years, or recent completion of a refresher course

Responsibilities:

Deliver 1:1 care for an assigned student, supporting their health and participation in school activities Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to medical needs, including ventilator and tracheostomy management Collaborate with educational staff to ensure the students health plan is followed Document all healthcare interventions accurately and promptly Communicate clearly with students, families, and colleagues to provide updates and coordinate care Your schedule will reflect regular school hours, starting between 7:30am and 8:00am, totaling approximately 37.5 hours each week through June 15, 2027.
