Desired Qualifications:

Active and unrestricted RN license Minimum of 2 years recent CVOR experience BLS and ACLS certifications (current) Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication abilities Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-intensity environments

Primary Responsibilities:

Circulate and/or scrub in cardiovascular surgeries, ensuring patient safety and surgical protocol adherence Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other OR personnel to deliver optimal care Prepare, maintain, and manage specialized CVOR equipment and supplies Monitor patient status intraoperatively, responding quickly to changes Document all nursing interventions and update care plans accordingly
