$2,765/week Job Responsibilities Monitor and assess patients on telemetry and medical-surgical units. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Interpret cardiac rhythms and promptly report changes in patient condition. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care. Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
