Key Responsibilities:

Continuously monitor, assess, and treat patients with cardiac and telemetry needs Interpret cardiac rhythms and act promptly on telemetry findings Collaborate with physicians and other team members to create and implement patient care plans Administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate medical records Provide education and emotional support to patients and families Respond to emergencies with poise, following current nursing standards

Qualifications:

Valid RN license, eligible to practice in Wisconsin Minimum of one year experience in a Telemetry or similar acute care setting Current BLS and ACLS certifications Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to respond swiftly in urgent situations Excellent communication and patient advocacy skills Knowledge of cardiac monitoring systems
