We're seeking a dedicated Hospice Registered Nurse (RN ) to join our compassionate team, delivering exceptional care to patients and meaningful support to their families throughout the Verona Area.

Schedule:

Full-time | Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

What You Bring Licensure:

Active RN license in Wisconsin (BSN preferred but not required).

Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years of nursing experience; hospice, palliative care, or home health experience a plus.

Skills:

Excellent assessment, communication, and time-management abilities.

Flexibility:

Ability to travel locally to patient homes/facilities and participate in on-call rotations as needed.
