Our team of dedicated professionals is passionate about oral health and creating an exceptional experience for our patients. We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Patient Coordinator to join our practice. The Patient Coordinator serves as an important first point of contact for our patients and plays a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience from the moment they enter the office. This position is responsible for supporting front-office operations, coordinating patient schedules, responding to patient inquiries, processing payments, maintaining accurate patient information, and helping ensure the practice runs smoothly. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous dental or orthodontic front-office experience is preferred. Responsibilities Welcome patients and provide a friendly, professional experience Manage patient scheduling, confirmations, and appointment coordination Answer incoming calls and assist with patient questions and inquiries Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient information and records Assist with patient check-in and check-out Collect and process patient payments Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and team members Support day-to-day front-office operations and workflow Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements Provide exceptional customer service throughout the patient experience Qualifications Previous dental or orthodontic front-office experience preferred Strong customer service and patient communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Comfortable working with scheduling and practice-management systems Strong verbal and written communication skills Schedule This is a full-time/Part time position 20-30hrs wkly Monday-Friday Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Retirement savings plan Continuing education opportunities A supportive and friendly work environment Equal Opportunity Employer Axelrode Orthodontics is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
