We are looking for candidates for the Front Office position. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task, and maintain professionalism. We seek a team player attitude with a focus on excellent patient service! Essential job functions include, but are not limited to: Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner. Verify patient demographics, insurance information, and eligibility. Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments. Answer and manage incoming phone calls and patient inquiries. Check patients in and out and collect copays, deductibles, and other payments. Coordinate with physicians, medical assistants, and other departments. Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area. Follow HIPAA, privacy, safety, and office compliance requirements. Perform scanning, faxing, filing, data entry, and other administrative duties. Maintain a professional and compassionate approach when working with patients. Support daily office operations and perform additional duties as assigned.
