What you will bring Our ideal candidate will be reliable and follow safety procedures and duties assigned by a supervisor. 2-4 years of experience preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple admissions and deadlines. Excellent communication and customer service skills when working with residents, families, and healthcare professionals. Attention to detail and accuracy when completing documentation, contracts, authorizations, and electronic records. Professional, welcoming approach with the ability to confidently conduct tours and promote facility services. Healthcare, senior living, admissions, insurance, or marketing experience preferred; knowledge of Medicare and/or Skilled Nursing admissions is a plus.
