Patient Care Specialist Full-Time | Vista, CA Help People. Learn New Skills. Build a Career. We're looking for an upbeat, organized, and highly motivated Patient Care Specialist to join our growing chiropractic and neuropathy practice. This is not a typical front desk position. Every day is different, and you'll play an important role in helping patients improve their health while learning advanced therapies and working alongside an experienced doctor and supportive team. Healthcare experience is welcome, but it is not required. We're much more interested in finding someone who is positive, coachable, dependable, and excited to learn. We'll provide the training—you bring the attitude. What You'll Do Welcome patients and help create an exceptional office experience Guide patients through their appointments and answer questions Assist with therapeutic procedures and treatments (training provided) Help keep the clinic organized, efficient, and running smoothly Coordinate scheduling and patient flow Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Work closely with the doctor and team to deliver outstanding patient care Learn advanced chiropractic, neuropathy, and regenerative therapies Take on additional responsibilities as you grow within the practice What We're Looking For Positive, friendly, and professional attitude Excellent communication and people skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Coachable and eager to learn new skills Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated Comfortable using computers and technology Able to multitask in a busy office environment Passion for helping others improve their health Healthcare, chiropractic, fitness, physical therapy, athletic training, kinesiology, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus—but not required.
