Our mission is to preserve and improve human life and relationships. The ideal candidate communicates professionally, follows through consistently, protects client confidentiality, and understands the importance of helping individuals access treatment. Responsibilities Respond to admission calls, emails, website inquiries, and referrals. Build rapport with prospective clients and families. Complete pre-admission screenings and collect demographic, medical, psychiatric, substance-use, medication, and treatment-history information. Verify insurance eligibility and behavioral-health benefits. Collect insurance cards, identification, releases, medication lists, and required records. Coordinate admission dates, arrival times, transportation, and other intake arrangements. Follow up consistently with prospective clients, families, and referral sources. Maintain accurate records in the electronic health record, CRM, and admissions tracker. Provide complete admission information to the clinical, medical, and operations teams.
