Ideal applicant will be detail oriented, computer literate, be proficient at multi-tasking, have great customer service skills and willingness to work as in a team environment. In this role you will work at the front desk of our eye care office and assist our patients and other visitors. Your primary duties will include greeting and checking in/out patients, answering questions, collecting patient co-pays, processing paperwork, scheduling appointments, and answering phones and text messages. You will also help maintain our electronic records and keep our work areas clean and organized as well as ensure our office provides a welcoming patient environment for our patients. Experience in health care appreciated but not required. Happy to train the right individual!
