Our passionate team is committed to helping individuals achieve healthier, happier lives. Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Admissions Coordinator to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will manage the patient intake process, coordinate appointments, and ensure seamless communication between clients and our healthcare providers. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create a welcoming environment for those seeking support while maintaining compliance with health regulations and confidentiality standards. Duties Greet and assist patients with the intake process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately Schedule appointments and follow-up visits using patient management software and electronic health records (EHR) systems Verify insurance information, explain coverage options, and support patients with health insurance inquiries Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies Communicate effectively via phone and email to coordinate appointments, answer questions, and provide exceptional customer service Requirements Proven experience in a medical office or healthcare administrative role, preferably within mental health or substance use services Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and communication purposes Knowledge of health regulation policies, including HIPAA compliance and medical confidentiality standards Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly via phone and client interactions Ability to type efficiently while maintaining accuracy during high-volume periods Join us in making a meaningful difference! $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
