Complete Billing Services is seeking a Patient Payment Representative to join our growing team in Greenwood, Indiana. In this role, you'll work directly with patients to answer questions about their healthcare accounts, explain payment options, and help resolve account concerns with compassion and professionalism. This position is ideal for individuals with customer service, call center, healthcare, banking, insurance, retail leadership, or collections experience who enjoy helping others and making a positive impact.
