for our TEAM This role is perfect for someone who enjoys empathic connections, collaboratively working with a team, working directly with patients, enjoys educating and leading while meeting them with compassion wherever they may be! They are directly involved in patient care and team communications. Key Responsibilities Discovery phone calls to New patient Greeting new patients and guiding them along their first visit at the office Providing New Patient tours Pre - consulting with the new patient on chief complaints, building an empathic connection and preparing them to meet with the doctor Providing Insight scans to patients throughout their care Providing progress exams to patients and reports Calling patients after their first visit to provide next steps and check in on them. On floor training of rehab to all patients and new patients who start Monitoring patient experiences and reporting trends and focus areas to the team Qualifications Customer service or patient care experience Compensation & Benefits Average of 30-35 hours per week.
