Shift:

Full-Time (80 hours every two weeks) Monday-Friday 7am-4:30pm - Floater

•This position is primarily based in our Referrals Management/Centralized Scheduling department. This position also floats to help cover Hospital Registration when needed which is a 24/7 department with varying hours. This job is ideal for someone who is/has: Excellent Communication Skills The ability to multi-task Follow a structured schedule Excellent Time Management About our Patient Registration Team The Patient Registration Team at Fitzgibbon Hospital is a very important area within the Revenue Cycle of the organization. Patient Service Representatives are the first faces that all patients and visitors see when they enter the organization and are typically the last faces that are seen before they leave. The Patient Service Representative initiates the electronic encounters for all patients as well. Accuracy is highly important as all Patient Service Representatives have a direct impact on reimbursement. Federal, State, and Private insurances are constantly changing requirements so the team is always learning and adapting to ensure we are positively influencing reimbursement.
